Our Story

Started With a Problem. Built a Solution.

Before Soclura, our founder Marta spent seven years in-house running paid acquisition. She worked with three different agencies during that time. The experience was consistently bad: vague reports, recycled strategies, junior staff who couldn't explain their own bid changes.

She started Soclura in 2019 with a simple thesis: a small team of experienced people, working a manageable number of accounts, would outperform any large agency spreading itself thin. No account managers acting as middlemen. No juniors learning on client budgets. Just practitioners who live in the platforms every day.

That bet paid off. We've grown entirely through referrals and results. We've never had a sales team, never run our own ads (ironic, we know), and never needed a long-term contract to retain a client. Our retention rate since founding is 94%.

Today we're eight people managing 40+ accounts across Google, Meta, Microsoft, and LinkedIn. We use Optmyzr for automation rules, Looker Studio for client dashboards, and a shared testing log that every client can access. It's not sexy, but it works.

Paid media should be the most accountable line item in your marketing budget

Every other channel has attribution problems. Paid doesn't have to. If your agency can't tell you exactly what your ad spend produced last month — in revenue, not clicks — something is wrong. We exist to fix that.

How We Work

Our process, without the buzzwords

Same framework for every client. The specifics change, but the discipline doesn't.

Audit (Week 1)

We pull apart your existing account — campaign structure, match types, search term reports, tracking setup, landing page alignment. You get a written audit doc with specific findings, not a generic "optimization score." If you don't have existing campaigns, we skip this and go straight to strategy.

Strategy & Setup (Weeks 2-3)

We build a campaign plan based on your margins, audience, and competitive landscape. This includes keyword mapping, audience structure, budget splits, conversion tracking config (GTM, GA4, Conversion API), and a 90-day test roadmap. You review and approve before we build anything.

Build & Launch (Weeks 3-4)

We build everything in your ad accounts — campaigns, ad groups, copy, extensions, audiences, bid strategies. Tracking gets validated with real test conversions before we turn on spend. We don't rush launches; a sloppy setup wastes the first month of budget.

Manage & Optimize (Ongoing)

This is where most of the work happens. Daily search term reviews, bid adjustments, negative keyword adds, ad copy tests, budget reallocation. We log every change in a shared doc. If we move $500 from Campaign A to Campaign B, you can see why.

Report & Plan (Monthly)

Monthly written review: what worked, what didn't, what tests ran, what we're changing. Plus a live Looker Studio dashboard with daily data you can check anytime. We keep the report short — typically 3-5 pages — because nobody reads 40-page decks.

Every change logged. Every report written in plain English. If we can't explain a decision to a non-PPC person, we haven't thought it through well enough.

Revenue or nothing

If it doesn't move revenue (or pipeline, or profit), it doesn't matter. We've killed campaigns with great CTRs because they weren't converting. The platform metrics are inputs — business results are the output.

Don't wait to be asked

If something breaks, you hear from us before you notice. If a campaign is underperforming, we flag it with a fix, not an excuse. Clients shouldn't have to chase their agency for updates.

Optmyzr

Automation rules, bid management scripts, and account-level monitoring. We use it to catch anomalies early and automate the repetitive stuff so we can focus on strategy.

Looker Studio

Every client gets a live dashboard pulling from Google Ads, Meta, GA4, and CRM data. Updated daily. You can check your numbers at 2am if you want — some of our clients do.

Google Tag Manager

All conversion tracking runs through GTM with server-side containers where needed. We validate every tag before launch and monitor for firing issues weekly.

Triple Whale / Northbeam

For ecommerce clients who need attribution beyond what Google and Meta self-report. Especially useful for brands spending across multiple channels where platform data overlaps.

CallRail / WhatConverts

For lead gen clients, we track calls and form submissions back to the keyword, ad, and campaign that drove them. This data feeds back into our bidding to improve lead quality over time.

Slack / Loom / Notion

Day-to-day communication happens in Slack. Strategy walkthroughs via Loom. Testing logs and documentation in Notion. We adapt to your workflow, not the other way around.
